Our vision is that everyone in our church becomes Fully Alive in Jesus.

To help each of us in this venture, we've developed a process that invites people to become fully alive followers of Jesus. We've named it our Fully Alive Model, or FAM.

FAM sits within our broader philosophy of Christian leadership. FAM's goal is to train Christians for life, not just church, for following, not just volunteering.

It moves in three phases of apprenticeship to Jesus: Learner, Leader and Teacher. We want everyone to learn, most of us to lead, and some of us to teach. While everyone is welcome at each phase, we are intentional about encouraging people to grow as much as they are able, because by doing so, they become more helpful to others!

Learner: Willingly learn from others how to be a Fully Alive apprentice of Jesus.
Leader: Lead learners into the rhythms that they, too, might find + follow.
Teacher: Imitate Jesus in all areas of life; lead leaders; teach Jesus’ commands;

While anyone can engage with this process on their own, it's designed to be done with a friend/mentor or group of friends, old or new. For this reason, the best question to ask yourself when growing as a follower of Jesus is:
